Your public portal brings feedback boards, roadmap items, and changelog updates together under one workspace identity.

Portal address

Every workspace receives a generated *.sey.so address. This address remains available when you connect a custom domain.

Visibility

Public boards are accessible to anyone with the URL. Private boards are useful for internal feedback, customer advisory groups, and beta programs where access must be restricted.

Review the visibility of each board before sharing your main portal link.

Branding

Set the workspace name, description, logo, and accent color in workspace settings. Use the same language and identity that users already recognize from your product.

Custom domains

Custom domains let the portal live alongside your product, such as feedback.example.com. Add the DNS record shown in workspace settings, then return to Sey to verify the connection.

DNS changes can take time to propagate. Keep the generated Sey URL available until verification succeeds.

Search and sharing

Use direct links when pointing users to a specific board, roadmap item, or changelog post. Use the portal home when you want them to browse the full feedback loop.
