SeyBilling and plans
Sey has two plans. Each one sets limits on boards, members, and custom domains, and unlocks capabilities such as private boards, anonymous posts, MCP connections, and removing Sey branding.

When a plan no longer includes a capability, Sey ignores the stored setting and re-applies the free behavior, so the portal and widget stay consistent regardless of billing state.
Manage your subscription
Open Settings → Billing to see your current plan, usage, and limits. From there:
- Upgrade starts a secure Stripe checkout for Pro.
- Manage billing opens Stripe's billing portal to update payment details, invoices, or cancel.
- Downgrade reminders warn you when your current usage exceeds a lower plan's limits before you switch.
Only owners and admins can manage billing.
Usage limits
Limits count boards, members (including pending invitations), and active custom domains. When an action would exceed a limit, Sey stops it and asks you to remove something or upgrade.
