Invite your team

Invite the people who will review feedback, update statuses, and publish product updates. Members sign in to the dashboard at app.sey.so; they do not share your personal account.

Invite a teammate

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Team.
3. Enter your teammate's email address.
4. Select Send invite.

An invitation remains pending until it is accepted. Pending invitations count toward your workspace member limit and can be canceled from the same page.

New members join with the member role. Only owners and admins can manage billing, roles, and workspace settings. See Team and roles for the full role breakdown.

Member limits

Each plan limits how many members and pending invitations a workspace can have at once. If an invite would exceed the limit, Sey stops the invite and tells you to remove a member or upgrade.

Remove a member

Open Settings → Team, find the member, and remove them when they no longer need access. Pending invitations can be canceled from the same view.
